How to avoid wasting money on contractors, professional services, and employees

We can get killed with spending money on contractors, professional services (such as lawyers or consultants), and even employees if we aren’t careful to make sure we’re getting value for our money. For all intents and purposes they are agents acting on our behalf. So how do we protect ourselves? In this video I talk about these situations and conclude with tips on how to make sure we get the value we’re paying for.
